Batyah Ginzberg has rewritten and reinterpreted the Hebrew Psalms originally written by King David in an effort to achieve an impact on spiritual healing. They have a traditional Jewish orientation. Batyah Ginzberg views HASHEM as gender rich in gender orientation possessing characteristics present universally in both genders and as a non-physical imageless spiritual entity, not a mortal human being or a ghost. The Psalms included are Psalms 78-150.

Psalm 121

A Song for Ascents:

I turn my eyes to the mountains, from where will my help come? My help comes from YAH, who gave birth to heaven and earth: She will not let you trip, your Mother will not sleep, See your Mother, the guardian of Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps! God is your guardian, She is your nurturer and your protection at your right hand side: By day the sun will not spank you, nor the moon by night: She will guard you from all harm: She will guard your life: She will help you with your going and coming now and forever:
