Batyah Ginzberg has rewritten and reinterpreted the Hebrew Psalms originally written by King David in an effort to achieve an impact on spiritual healing. They have a traditional Jewish orientation. Batyah Ginzberg views HASHEM as gender rich in gender orientation possessing characteristics present universally in both genders and as a non-physical imageless spiritual entity, not a mortal human being or a ghost. The Psalms included are Psalms 78-150.

Psalm 116

Song of Ascents: Of Batyah:

Love: I love You O God: S/He answers me when I pray: The bad guy dies, the good guy goes on to survive: We do not laugh when the bad guy dies, or S/He will bring the same misfortune upon us: S/He will bless Israel: If you Stand For Israel: S/He will bless you: What is Zion: What is Israel: Is it a place, a location, or is it a state of mind: A state of the heart: To not hurt another, no matter how much they hurt you: Is this the state of mind S/He wishes for you: Or is it to stay alive at no matter what the cost is: S/He wants you to live: If you are just and treating others with compassion: S/He will treat you with compassion so you will know how to treat others: If you fail, S/He will forgive you: But you cannot do it again: If you do it again: You must rectify your failings: And then cease your sinning: Be at rest, and know that S/He wants you to be happy: And S/He will protect you when you are simple: When you have no malice towards anyone: You must trust HASHEM and trust others: If you fail in your trust of God, You will not reap of God's rewards: If you fail in the trust of others: ADONAI will renew your faith through your trust in Her/Him: S/He does not want you to fail: HASHEM wants you to succeed: But it is between you and HASHEM, ask Him/Her personally, in prayer and by oath, to help you and then help yourself: Be HASHEM's servant and in turn, God will love you and help you:
